About Us

Welcome to Bible & Barbell! We're a Christian family of 4 in Dayton, Ohio, dedicated to sharing our passions for faith and fitness. As a Physical Therapist, I (Tony) have seen firsthand the unfortunate results of neglecting your physical health. In this fast-paced and chaotic world, diet and exercise have been replaced with screens, quick fixes, and instant gratification. Part of our mission is to share our fitness journeys to inspire society toward better lifelong physical health. We've also experienced the grace and goodness of God, which motivated us to become the examples that we're called to be. In Matthew 28:19, we are commanded to go out and make disciples of all nations. But, it's impossible to make disciples in a world that doesn't know Jesus. So the bigger part of our mission is to use our custom designed apparel and accessories to light the spark that could lead this lost world to God. We love taking custom design requests and work diligently to provide the best quality products. We appreciate all your support and look forward to seeing the brand grow for the glory of God!
